September 9-10, 2023. Chisinau Forum, 4th edition “UN Agenda 21 and the “Great Reset”: The fall from liberalism to technocracy and transhumanism”
The form of organization was as follows. A part of the speakers will arrive in Chisinau in person, and another part will send their speeches in video format, so that they can be broadcast online along with the other interventions. In the meantime, I had managed to establish a number of new contacts, which allowed me to have over thirty speakers.
I recall here the list of speakers: Garry Robson (Poland), Peter Töpfer (Germany), Julian Rose (Poland), Iain Davis (Great Britain), Dennis Kinglsey (Great Britain), Alexander Thompson (Netherlands), Lorenzo Maria Pacini (Italy), Justino Carneiro (Portugal), Alexandre Guerreiro (Portugal), Makia Freeman (USA), Jille-Emmanuel Jacquet (Welwetia), Father Dimitri Mottier (Switzerland), Vlad-Mihal Agache (Romania), Calistrat Marvin Atudorei (Romania), Carlos Mamani (Peru), Dragana Trifković (Serbia), Vadim Shegalov, Gregory Davis (USA), Alexander Michael Markovics (Austria), Hrvoje Morić (Mexico), Angelos Carageorgos (Greece), Scott Howard (USA), Israel Lira (Peru), Enrique Refoyo (Spain), Lucas Leiroz (Brazil), Raphael Machado (Brazil), Blaž Kavčič (Slovenia), Iacob Nordangård (Sweden), Lucien Cerise (France), Pierre-Antoine Plaquevent (France), Youssef Hindi (France), Laurent James (France), Arno Develay (France, based in Moscow).
The usual French delegation, as ordered, could not come to Chișinău, as they had done in years past. Meanwhile, the editor Antony Bonamy from “Culture&Racines”, who had learned that the French team had given up coming, expressed solidarity with them. At least he was sincere in his naivety. I still decided to give them the opportunity to speak. Their multipolarist discourse was lost among the much more solid speeches of many other speakers. And the gentlemen from Latin America were more monotonous, pedaling on the same multipolarist dogma.
The 2023 event was a real success, even without sponsors and without any political or other protection. Each participant, as we had established from the beginning of our international group's activity, pays all expenses out of pocket: Air tickets, accommodation, meals. There were a few exceptions. I helped a few participants attend the event with my own money.
While I was preparing for the forum, I was contacted by a gentleman from the Netherlands, an important author and a dissident originally from the Netherlands, named Alexander Wolfheze. He seemed like a gentleman worthy of all trust, and I also discovered that he had a remarkable academic body of work. He proposed that we do an interview for the multimedia platform Arktos.com. I did this interview in English, but now I discover that someone deleted the video content:

Instead, I found an audio version of that dialogue, which probably escaped the censors:
Alexander Wolfheze called me several times and kept asking me about my disagreements with Professor Dugin and the ideological line he promoted. I explained to him in detail what it was about. Then he told me that he would like to participate in our forum, but that his financial situation was very precarious. I did not doubt it, I knew from him that he was persecuted in his country, seeking a place of refuge in Serbia, or in Hungary. I was not in a very good financial situation either, but I made an effort and bought him round-trip plane tickets.
But on the day he was supposed to arrive, my teammates who were welcoming guests at the airport contacted me and told me that this person had not arrived. I called him insistently several times, but his phone was switched off. And only a few days later, when the event had already taken place, Alexander Wolfheze called me and told me the following: He had been seized by the security services or perhaps Dutch law enforcement for a day or two, and his phone had been seized, that was why he could not inform me about what had happened. The man seemed very disturbed, he asked me not to talk about this case with anyone. Now I discover that all our correspondence via email, as well as via the Telegram application, have been deleted.
Incidentally, another person from the same team linked to the Arktos.com platform, who initially tried to get closer to me, had interviewed me, and then disappeared without a trace, is Constantin von Hoffmeister. It was as if people like him who dared to contact me had been urged to abandon all ties with me. It couldn't be otherwise. I had deviated from the general line of the multipolarists coordinated from Moscow.
There is another amusing episode from the same period: I received a phone call from Arno Develay, who had already settled in Moscow. He was very eager to propose a whole series of speakers from various countries. I understood without much difficulty what kind of speakers I would be offered. The strategists in Moscow, seeing that the international project Chisinau Forum continues despite efforts to thwart its activity, thought of infiltrating as many of their pawns as possible among the participants in order to set the general tone. I accepted the game.
By the way, in the above list of forum participants, there are many people obedient to the command center in Moscow, but we did not block their access to our rostrum. The forum was not afraid of divergent opinions, it knows how to combat them and discern truth from lies.
It was very interesting to watch how the speakers from the multipolar camp manifested themselves. Some, more practiced in the art of hypocrisy and duplicity, sought to take into account the proposed theme, which aimed at the globalist strategy of imposing technocratic and transhumanist tyranny. Others, somewhat more naive, recited as best they could odes to the triumphal march of multipolarity on a global scale. For them, the bright future was a tangible reality. It's just that the radiant utopia they were captivated by in the meantime turned out to be a nightmarish dystopia.
